PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your information.

Effective August 27, 2026

This policy explains how Adventure Media collects and uses information when you visit the Ambassador Network landing page or submit an Ambassador application.

Information we collect

When you apply, we may collect the business and contact information you provide, including your business name, business type, address, website or social profile, contact name, email address, phone number, available TVs, and any additional details you choose to share.

We also collect basic campaign and website activity information, such as referral source, campaign parameters, Facebook click identifiers, pages viewed, clicks, scrolling behavior, browser or device information, and approximate location derived from an IP address.

How we use information

We use this information to review Ambassador applications, contact applicants, manage prospective partnerships, measure advertising performance, understand how visitors use the page, prevent spam, and improve the landing-page experience.

Analytics and advertising

The page uses Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. These services help us understand visits, measure campaign results, create heatmaps and session recordings, and improve our advertising. Sensitive form content is masked from Clarity recordings. Meta and Microsoft may process device and activity information under their own privacy policies.

Service providers

We use service providers to host the page, process application submissions, manage leads, provide analytics, and measure advertising. These providers include GoHighLevel, Meta, Microsoft Clarity, and our website-hosting providers. They receive information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Sharing and selling information

We do not sell the contact information submitted through the Ambassador application. We may share information with service providers working on our behalf, when required by law, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud. Some privacy laws may define analytics or advertising technologies as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.”

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to review applications, manage business relationships, measure campaigns, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can limit cookies and tracking through your browser settings and the privacy controls offered by Meta and Microsoft. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
